Educational Qualification & Pay Scale – BECIL Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualifications required and Pay Scale for the posts are given below:
1. Media Manager
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have done a Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism with additional qualification in Indian History & Culture.
Experience: At least 15 years of work experience in Editorial content
of Print and Digital Media along with the fairly good idea about India’s
rich and diverse cultural heritage.
Experience in handling a digital team of a large media organization would be an added advantage.
Pay Scale: A Consolidated Pay of Rs.75,000 per month will be paid.
2. Technical Manager
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have done a Masters in Mass Communication and Journalism with additional qualification in technical aspects of Web Communication and development.
Experience: At least 8 years of work experience in handling audiovisual media with leading media organizations along with a fairly good idea about the culture and tourism sector of India.
Pay Scale: A Consolidated Pay of Rs.74,000 per month will be paid.
3. Graphic Designer
Educational Qualification: The vacancy is for any graduate plus holding a diploma in animation/graphic designing/multimedia.
Experience: Should have 8 years experience.
Pay Scale: A Consolidated Pay of Rs.51,000 per month will be paid.
4. Campaign & Publicity Coordinator
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have done PG Diploma in Mass Communication and Graduation with Hindi as a compulsory subject and knowledge of both Hindi and English language preferably handling government-related projects.
Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in Electronics and Print
Media preferably in Government or Government related projects.
Pay Scale: A Consolidated Pay of Rs.45,000 per month will be paid.
5. English Content Writer
Educational Qualification:
Pay Scale: A Consolidated Pay of Rs.45,000 per month will be paid.
6. Video Editor
Educational Qualification: Candidate should be a graduate with Degree or diploma in video editing.
Experience: Minimum of eight years of experience in visual design and/or front end development for social media and/or World WideWeb.
Must be proficient in Photoshop, CorelDraw, Final Cut Pro Editing etc.
Must be conversant with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Blog.
Professionals experience in managing social media presence for a client organization.
Pay Scale: A Consolidated Pay of Rs.40,000 per month will be paid.
7. Video Cameraman
Educational Qualification: Candidate must have done Graduate with Degree or Diploma in Video/Digital Photography.
Experience: Should have Minimum three years of experience
Pay Scale: A Consolidated Pay of Rs.30,000 per month will be paid.
