Educational Qualification – PGCIL Recruitment 2021
Educational Qualifications required for the posts are given below:
Graduate Electrical Engineering: A 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Graduate Civil Engineering: A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Graduate in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering: A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering – Executive (Human Resource).
Graduate in Computer Science: A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
Executive Human Resource: MBA (HR) / MSW / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (2 years full-time Course).
Diploma Electrical Engineering: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Diploma Civil Engineering: Diploma in Civil Engineering
ITI Electrical: ITI in Electrical

Pay Scale – PGCIL Recruitment 2021
Stipend will be paid as below:
Graduate Electrical, Civil, Electronics/Telecommunication Engg, Computer Science, HR Executive: Rs.15,000
Diploma Electrical and Civil: Rs.12,000
ITI Electrical: Rs.11,000
A fixed amount of ₹2500 Per Month shall be payable to the apprentice(s) as HRA where accommodation is not provided by the Company.
