Educational Qualification – WBPSC Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualifications required for the posts are given below:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from a recognized University.
- A certificate in coaching from Sports Authority of India, Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports, Patiala.
- Good Knowledge of Bengali or Nepali – spoken and written.
- Ability to undertake extensive tours on official duty.
Pay Scale – WBPSC Recruitment 2020
Rs. 7,100 – 37,600 (P.B. 3) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3,950/- and other allowances.
Candidate Selection Procedure – WBPSC Recruitment 2020
The candidates will be selected via an interview.
The Commission may restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of either higher qualification /higher marks/ grade obtained or on the basis of a Preliminary Screening Test (PST).
