Educational Qualification – MOIL Limited Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualifications required for the posts are given below:
1. GRADUATE TRAINEE (MINES)
B.E./ B.Tech Mining or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 09/03/2020.
2. GRADUATE TRAINEE (PROCESS)
i) For Chemical: B.E/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
ii) For Metallurgy: B.E/ B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
iii) For Mineral Processing: M.Tech in Mineral Processing or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 09/03/2020.
3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MATERIAL)
i) Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
ii) MBA in Materials Management/ Post Graduate Diploma (02 years) in Materials Management from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 09/03/2020.
4. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MARKETING)
i) MBA (Full Time) in Marketing/ Foreign Trade or minimum 02 years (Full Time) P.G. Diploma in Marketing Management/ Foreign Trade from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
OR
ii) Engineering Graduate (Full Time) with PG Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Foreign Trade with a minimum of 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 09/03/2020.
5. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (CONTRACT MANAGEMENT)
Graduate in any Engineering discipline or equivalent with MBA in Finance/ Materials Management or minimum 02 years PG Diploma in Finance/ Materials Management from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 09/03/2020.
6. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PERSONNEL/ WELFARE)
i) P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
OR
P.G.Degree/ Diploma (02 years duration) in IRPM/ Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
OR
MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ HRD from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
ii) Preference will be given to Law graduates.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 09/03/2020.
Pay Scale – MOIL Limited Recruitment 2020
The candidates will be placed in the scale of pay of Rs.50,000- 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 50,000/- per month as a consolidated amount during the training period.
On successful and satisfactory completion of training, the candidates will be on probation for one year.
Candidate Selection Procedure
The selection of candidates will be through
- Computer-Based Online Test.
- Personal Interview.
The Computer Based Online Test will be held on in the cities of Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Nagpur.
