Educational Qualification – PGCIL Recruitment 2020
Educational Qualifications required for the posts are given below:
Graduate Electrical Engineering: A 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Graduate Civil Engineering: A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Executive Human Resource: MBA (HR) / MSW / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (2 years full-time Course).
Assistant (Human Resource): Graduate (B.A. or BBA)
Diploma Electrical Engineering: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Diploma Civil Engineering: Diploma in Civil Engineering
ITI Electrical: ITI in Electrical
Graduate & Diploma Candidates who have passed their final year examination, not before 2 years from the date of this advertisement may submit their application.
Pay Scale – PGCIL Recruitment 2020
Stipend will be paid as below:
Graduate Electrical, Civil, Electronics/Telecommunication Engg, HR Executive: Rs.15,000
Assistant HR, Diploma Electrical and Civil: Rs.12,000
ITI Electrical: Rs.11,000
