Documents Required for SVMCM Scholarship application
Essential documents required to apply for the SVMCM Scholarship are:
- Mark sheet of the last exam passed.
- Admission receipt of the current course you are Pursuing.
- Photocopy of Bank Passbook front page / cancelled cheque.
- Aadhar Card.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Income Certificate from Gazzeted Officer – A/BDO/Financial Officer.
- Passport Size Photo.
Steps to apply online for SVMCM scholarship
To apply for the Swami Vivekananda Scholarship online,
Step 1: Go to the official website
- First, go to the official website of the West Bengal Swami Vivekananda scholarship.
- Next, click on the ‘Registration’ option.
- Next, select your appropriate category (Topper/Non-Topper).
- Next, go to the bottom of the screen tick the check box, and then click on the “Proceed for registration” button.
- For topper, select ‘Fresh Application.’ Then select ‘Apply for fresh.’ Next, click on the ‘Proceed’ button.
Step 2: Register on the SVMCM portal
- Now choose the appropriate directorate and click on the “Apply for fresh application” button present below that directorate. For topper, select the appropriate directorate from the dropdown.
- A new page will appear in front of you. Fill up the form completely and then click on register.
- An OTP will be sent to the mobile number entered by you.
- Enter the OTP in the specified field and click on verify.
Step 3: Log In on the application portal
- An application ID will be generated and will be sent to your mobile number.
- Now go to your home screen and click on the ‘Applicant Login’ button.
- Enter the application ID generated and the password you set earlier.
- Once you have successfully logged in, click on the edit profile or edit application option.
Step 4: Fill up SVMCM scholarship application form
Upload Photo and Signature
- Your basic details will be auto filled from the data enter during registration
- Upload your photo and signature.
- Once done, click on save and continue.
Enter personal details
- Once the form opens, start to fill up the application form.
- Enter name date of birth, caste, address, etc.
- Once filled, click on save and continue.
- A new page will open
Upload Documents
- Upload all the remaining documents as applicable.
- Once uploaded click on save and continue.
Step 5: Submit Application
- Once all the steps of completed, verify the details one more.
- Once done, click on ‘Submit Application’.
- Your application will be successfully submitted.
