The vacancies are in the posts of Assistant, Stenographer Grade ‘C’, Stenographer Grade ‘D’, Lower Division Clerk (LDC) & Data Entry Operator(DEO).

Educational Qualifications required and other details for the posts are given below:

Assistant

Vacancies: 03

Educational Qualifications:

Candidate must have a degree from a recognized university.

Desirable:

1. Two years’ experience in general administration/establishment/stores/accounts in Central/State Govt., autonomous or other organizations.
2. The facility in Computer Applications

Age Limit: Candidates must be between the age of 20-27 years.

Salary: Salary will be paid in the Pay Scale of Rs. 35400 – 112400

Stenographer Grade ‘C’

Vacancies: 03

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.

A speed of 100 words per minutes in English/Hindi
Shorthand.

They must have the skill of Data Entry and Word Processing in computer.

(Preference will be given to a person with knowledge of both
English and Hindi Stenography)

Age Limit: Candidates must be between the age of 18-27 years.

Salary: Salary will be paid in the Pay Scale of Rs. 35400 – 112400

Stenographer Grade ‘D’

Vacancies: 06

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have passed class 12th from a recognized Board or University.

Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts. @ 80 w.p.m.

Transcription: 65 mts. (Eng.) 75 mts. (Hindi) (On Manual
Typewriter) Or 50 mts. (Eng.). 65 mts. (Hindi) (On
Computer)

(Preference will be given to person with knowledge of both
English and Hindi Stenography)

Age Limit: Candidates must be between the age of 18-27 years.

Salary: Salary will be paid in the Pay Scale of Rs. 25500 – 81100

Data Entry Operator(DEO)

Vacancies: 01

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized Board / University.

Desirable: Candidate should possess a speed of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between the age of 18-25 years.

Salary: Salary will be paid in the Pay Scale of Rs. 25500 – 81100

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

Vacancies: 05

Educational Qualifications:

Candidate must have done 10+2 from a recognized Board or University.

Have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on a computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

Knowledge of working on a computer. Skill Test Norms ‘only on computers’

Age Limit: Candidates must be between the age of 18-27 years.

Salary: Salary will be paid in the Pay Scale of Rs. 19900 – 63200

Candidate Selection Procedure

The candidates will be selected via Computer Based test (CBT) and Skill Test.

Candidates who qualify the first CBT will be shortlisted and called for Skill Test.
